After-Hours Permits
Van Vleck Hall is open during the Academic year from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Sunday, and closed on holidays.
TAs and Honorary Fellows, who find it necessary to be in the building or in offices after these hours, must obtain an after-hours permit (doors are locked at 10:00pm).
TAs and Honorary Fellows should see the Chair’s Assistant for an after-hours permit. New teaching assistants and fellows should ask for one at the beginning of the semester. Continuing TAs/ fellows will need to renew their permits when they expire. (Permits may not be issued for periods longer than one year.)
